Here’s a slide by Thakkar, which won the People’s choice first prize at the World’s Best Presentation Contest. Panipuri (a.k.a gol-gappa, puchka, Patashe) is my favorite Indian Street food and I can just go on eating till I can eat no more! Mmmmm.. Feel like having mouth-watering Pani-puris NOW.
