as per the internet traffic laws , d website who is charging have to give some notification regardin charges , they just can’t charge anyone + more the no of account more ‘ll be profit for the website
that’s because the amount of time we take to surf it’s all bein controlled n managed by internet traffic server, so wht so ever money the website receive is from those people and not directly you

after all these valid reason if you still forward such bugging message then you should be charged not $ 10.00 a month but $ 100.00 a week for your foolishness

Somebody adding you to their list, or you adding them is not enough for them to harm you. You’d have to download from them, and you should NEVER do this unless you know the other user, and have communicated the file transfer with them in advance.

Pity when I get these things from even people who are studying computer science!!! Duh!
